RATE Construcción y Automatización S.A. de C.V., located at Juan Mata Rivera No. 7, México Nuevo, Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico, is responsible for processing and protecting the personal data you provide.
Personal data we may process
Depending on the contact channel used, we may receive:
- Your name and contact identification details.
- Company, position, and professional or employment information.
- Email address and telephone number.
- Project location, target date, and general description.
- Any additional information you choose to include in your communication.
We do not request sensitive, financial, or asset-related personal data through this initial form. Please do not include confidential process information, access credentials, passwords, or trade secrets in your first contact.
Purposes of processing
We will use your data exclusively for the following primary purposes:

- Reviewing the project scope, location, and general conditions.
- Contacting you for clarifications, meetings, site visits, and follow-up.

External channels and data transfers
If you choose to send your request through WhatsApp or email, the information will also be processed by the selected channel provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies. RATE does not sell or rent personal data.
Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting our operations under confidentiality obligations, or to authorities when legally required. You will be informed in advance of any additional transfer requiring your consent.
Retention and security
We will retain data for the time needed to respond to the request, maintain the business relationship, and comply with applicable legal obligations. It will then be blocked or deleted according to our internal retention procedures.
RATE maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, or unauthorized access.
ARCO rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or objection to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent or limit the use and disclosure of your data.
Send your request to contacto@rate.com.mx with the subject “ARCO Rights”. Include your name, a method for receiving notifications, the right you wish to exercise, a description of the data involved, and information sufficient to verify your identity.
RATE will communicate its determination within a maximum of 20 days and, when applicable, will implement it within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once when justified by the circumstances.
Technologies and technical logs
This website currently does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or technologies intended to create browsing profiles. The hosting server may produce basic technical logs such as IP address, date, time, and browser information for operation, diagnostics, and security.
If we later add technologies requiring consent, this policy will be updated and the corresponding mechanism will be displayed before they are activated.
